Dr. Potts and his staff came up with an idea to recognize students that have not only exceeded in academics and sports, but make a positive impact on their peers and teachers. Around 50 students were recognized by education departments. (Math, English, Social Studies, etc.) Each student had a personal written note from their teacher explaining how they go above and beyond inside the classroom and around the school. Proud parents came to cheer on their student as their names were called.
