It’s almost that time of the year again.. Peninsula High School’s annual Winterfest!! Every year, PHS holds an event called Winterfest. This event is a way to raise money for ASB. We have been doing this for twenty-five years, it is an amazing way to raise money for many things! 

When?

It is occurring this Thanksgiving Weekend: November 30th- December 1st. Saturday is 9am to 5pm and Sunday is 11 am to 4 pm.

Where? 

This event is located at Peninsula High School.

Why Should You Come?

You should definitely attend this year’s Winterfest because it raises money for our school ASB. The money that is raised for our schools ASB goes toward school sports, organizations, and other events that are run by Peninsula. Any money spent at the Winterfest fundraiser will be donated to ASB and different sports organizations. We would love to see you there! 

In Need of Volunteer Hours?: 

If you are in need of volunteer hours, then this is an amazing opportunity to obtain a few hours. There are multiple shifts set up for each day of Winterfest to get hours. These shifts are on Saturday and Sunday. The three shifts for Saturday include: Saturday, November 30th from 9:00-12:00 pm, Saturday, November 30th from 12:00-2:30 pm, Saturday, and November 30th from 2:30-5:00 pm. The two shifts for Sunday include: Sunday, December 1st from 11:00-1:30 pm and Sunday, December 4th from 1:30-4:00 pm. You are more than welcome to sign up for as many shifts as you are available for. The more help the better! Community service looks incredible on college applications. And keep in mind it’s always a great feeling to give back to your community!!
