The new Guardians of the Galaxy movie, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, is currently debuting in movie theaters. Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture has distributed the film, so it is expected to stream on Disney Plus as the first two movies have, though not until August of 2023 or later in the year.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 shows the backstory of Rocket, the talking raccoon, and what the other characters are currently facing. It has been bringing laughter and sadness to all viewers.

Chris Pratt, Peter Quill/Starlord, is the group leader of the Guardians of the Galaxy and is now known for dropping the first F-Bomb in the MCU. It was an unscripted moment by Pratt. On the Jimmy Kimmel Show, Chris Pratt said, “I think everybody’s tried, you know, with a pg-13 movie you typically get two SH words and usually you don’t get – maybe you can get an F word… This is not the first one I’ve tried to get into the movie.”

Some people think that it shouldn’t have been used in the scene that it was because it was only for laughter and not to bring any substantial emotion to the viewers.

Aliyah Newton, a student at PHS, says she “didn’t like it because it did not have the same spirit as the other movies in the trilogy.” The third movie does show a sadder side of the Guardians.

Though the movie may not be as filled with comedy as the other two, it still has its laughter-filled moments and is a great movie to see in the movie theaters or just at home. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is the last time we will see the original group together and, in my opinion, is a great movie to end the trilogy.
