It is the month of November, which means Thanksgiving is right around the corner! At this time, people are starting to sell the pumpkins they have been growing for the year. You can find pumpkins at a farm or pumpkin patches where you can go play games at a farm and pick your own pumpkin too. And you can even find them at a lot of stores. Why do so many people buy pumpkins? What do they do with the pumpkins they get? What do you do with your pumpkins?

Some people will buy pumpkins to make yummy treats. They will make pumpkin pies, pumpkin seed snacks, pumpkin butter, etc. There are several treats you can make with pumpkins. You can whip up some pumpkin purée; imagine waking up on a cold morning with autumn smells of pumpkin or cinnamon spices. You can make several more treats like pumpkin cinnamon rolls, pumpkin bread, baked pumpkin donuts, pumpkin pie ice cream, and pumpkin pecan bread pudding.

Then, some people like to make drinks out of pumpkin. A very common drink is the Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks; when it comes to fall time lot of stores and shops like to put out their fall drinks and foods. There is lot of pumpkin drinks out there, such as pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkins smoothies, and pumpkin spice coffee. 

There are lots of ways to get creative with your pumpkin! You could make centerpieces or even games. Some fun games you can make with pumpkins are bowling with pumpkins and crossword puzzles. It’s always cool seeing how different people get creative with their pumpkins. It can be a helpful thing to like planters, bird feeders, and feed farm chickens. They love to eat pumpkins and seeds.
