The Best Mac & Cheese ever! (Crockpot):

16 oz of Colby Jack Cheese

16 oz of Monterey Jack Cheese

16 oz Velveeta Cheese (All cubed)

16 oz of cooked macaroni

1 stick of butter, cut into slices

16 oz of milk, any milk 2%, whole, 1%, fat-free.

Salt and pepper, add to your liking.

 

  • Cook Macaroni.
  • Layer the Macaroni and the cheeses in a lightly greased Crockpot.
  • Pour milk in and add salt and pepper.
  • Repeat step 2 ending with Macaroni on top.
  • Cook for four hours on low. Stir after about two hours.

Cut recipe in half if you’re not feeding a small army.

 

Cookie Cupcakes:

Buy Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip cookie dough mix and vanilla or chocolate cake mix.

  • Follow those directions.
  • Set oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit, depending on your oven go higher or lower in temperature setting
  • Put cupcake cups in the cupcake pan.
  • Put a ball of cookie dough in the cup.
  • Then pour cake mix in the cups till it covers the dough.
  • Bake for twenty minutes.

Voila!

 

Stuffed Mushrooms:

Medium White Mushrooms

Cheese

Bacon

Cream Cheese

  • Take stems out of middle of the mushroom
  • Chop them up and put them into a bowl
  • Throw in block of cream cheese, depending on how much is in the bowl
  • Heat it up
  • Add cheese
  • Then bacon
  • Then heat
  • Stir
  • Re-stuff
  • Cook in oven at 350 till they are hot and melty or 20-25 min.

 

Frito Pie:

1 lb ground beef

2 cans chopped olives

1 jar salsa (to your spicy taste)

1 can refried beans

1 block cheese

1 family sized bag of Fritos

Taco seasoning (Either packets or the container you can buy at the store; it is to your flavor preference)

  • Cook ground beef like you normally would to make tacos and add seasoning and a cup of water.
  • Let simmer.
  • Add beans, salsa, and olives. Cheese if you want.
  • Let cook in pan for eight minutes
  • Layer fritos, beef and bean and salsa and olives, then cheese.
  • Repeat and top with Fritos then Cheese.

 

Breakfast Casserole:

1 box brown-n-serves

1 lb bag tater tots (Cover bottom)

8 eggs

1.5 cups of Cheese

 

  • Cut Brown-n-serves into slices. (Do not have to cook, will cook in casserole.)
  • Fill bottom of pan with tater tots. Only enough to cover bottom.
  • Mix up all eggs in separate bowl and then pour over tots. Scatter sausage.
  • Add cheese on top.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes at 375.
