Congratulations to the Speech and Debate Team at Peninsula High School who have been awarded the 2013-14 Leading Chapter Award for the Western Washington District.

This honor is the the Highest recognition that the National Speech and Debate Association can bestow upon a school. Only one school in each district may attain this award every year, and now they must wait five years in order to be eligible again. Out of the 3000 member schools nationwide, Peninsula was one of 110 to receive the award

This award reflects 482 members of Speech and Debate at Peninsula over 28 years of achievement.
