Lily loves the environment of the Peninsula community, all the support it offers, and her friends. She joined the Outlook because her friends told her about the class. Lily wants to make Peninsula’s atmosphere more positive through her articles and make this school a fun place to be. If she could get away with it, Lily would crash any famous person’s wedding just to dance and have fun.

Rehka - India Why did you decide to become an exchange student? “My dream was to go to a foreign country, I didn’t care which country, and learn about a different culture.” What do you like the most about peninsula? “They have this uniqueness in them. For example, the two accidents when two people were killed, they had this support which I liked and they were there for eachother, which I loved most. I love the school so much.” Whats the biggest difference between here and your home? “I’m from this big city that is overpopulated and you don’t see a lot of trees and stuff. Also, people here wave at you. They don’t care whether you are from this country or a different country, they just wave at you, which is cool. They don’t do that in my country.” What do you miss the most from your home? “My parents and my siblings. Oh and the food, I miss the food a lot.” What is the hardest part of being an exchange student? “The whole exchange problem is hard because you have to know the situation. For example, if you are lost in weird area, you don’t know where you are and have to figure out the situation and how to get out of it. This whole exchange program is kind of challenging.”

Klay Dutton Why do you think you should be Mr. Peninsula? “Because I am very proud to be a senior at Peninsula. I have went all 4 years and I was involved in sports and I keep good grades. I am very outgoing.” What can we expect from your performance? “You can expect talent, humor, personality, and a fun time.” How bad do you want to win? “It would be an honor to win Mr. Peninsula but I’m participating to have a fun time with my peers and putting a smile on everyone’s face.” Who is your biggest competitor? “My biggest competitor is probably Michael Foreman. Everyone loves that kid.” What is the best quality that you have? I like to have fun and I’m a respectful young kid.” What factor will win you over to the judges? “I am outgoing and I’m all about a fun time.”
