At Peninsula High School, there are so many ways to get involved. No matter what your interests are, Peninsula has something that will catch your attention.

There are many different sports for girls & boys that want to participate in a sport. Each season there are an abundance of sports to play and manage. This fall season the options are: football, boys tennis, boys water polo, volleyball, girls soccer, girls swim & dive, cheerleading, and cross country. Unfortunately, these sports are no longer available to play or tryout for until fall of 2020.

Winter sports will be coming up in just a few short months and Peninsula has many options: basketball, boys swim & dive, wrestling, and dance & drill. Spring also has many options to choose from when it comes to sports: baseball, golf, track, girls tennis, softball/fastpitch, and girls water polo.

If you wanted to be involved in the process of a specific sport but don’t necessarily want to play the sport, being a manager for a team could be an option for you. Being involved in sports doesn’t always mean you need to be hands on. Just showing up to all games and supporting our Peninsula players by cheering and dressing up is a great way to show school spirit and add to the Peninsula family!

These are just a few ways to be involved in the sports category of the school. Tune in next week for other ways to get involved through clubs and activities at Peninsula that occur weekly!!
