Seniors sign letters of intent

On Feb. 4, a Wednesday, five seniors (half as many as last year) from the class of 2015 signed letters of intent to play their sports at a collegiate level. Two of these seniors were Josie Self and Lauren Mercuri, both soccer players. Self will be playing for Eastern Washington and Mercuri for Central Arkansas. The remaining three are football players Hayden Smith, Major Ali, and Robert Kvinsland. Next fall Smith will play football at Montana Tech, Ali at Carroll College, and Kvinsland at Idaho State. These five seniors signed their letters in the library of their high school along with their family members and coaches. Whether they are moving on to become a bengal or a bear these five seniors will always be a seahawk at heart.
