Ronnie Coleman is an American retired professional bodybuilder and former Mr. Olympia winner. He was born on May 13th, 1964, in Monroe, Louisiana, and began his bodybuilding career in the early 1990s.

Coleman’s career in bodybuilding began after he graduated from Grambling State University, where he was a Division II All-American in powerlifting. In 1990, he won the National Physique Committee (NPC) USA Bodybuilding Championship, and he went on to compete in his first Mr. Olympia competition in 1991.

Thanks to his impressive size and symmetry, Coleman quickly made a name for himself in bodybuilding. He won his first Mr. Olympia title in 1998 and went on to win the competition eight times in a row, a record in the history of the event. He is widely considered one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, and his reign as Mr. Olympia is considered one of the longest and most dominant in the history of the sport.

His training regimen was intense and demanding. He trained six days a week, and each workout lasted several hours. He focused on compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. His weight training routine targeted multiple muscle groups at the same time, and he often trained with heavy weights and low reps.

Coleman’s diet was also an essential part of his bodybuilding routine. He consumed around 5,000-6,000 calories daily, and his diet was rich in protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. He ate a lot of chicken, beef, fish, eggs, and vegetables to fuel his workouts and recovery.

His career was not without injuries, as the heavyweights and demanding training took a toll on his body. In particular, his spine was affected by multiple herniated discs, requiring multiple surgeries. Despite the injuries, he continued to compete and win until his last Mr. Olympia win in 2005. He retired from bodybuilding competitions in 2007, and since then, he has been focusing on his business ventures, which include a line of supplements and a gym in Texas.

In conclusion, Ronnie Coleman is an American retired professional bodybuilder and former Mr. Olympia winner. He is widely considered one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, and his reign as Mr. Olympia is considered one of the longest and most dominant in the history of the sport. He was known for his intense and demanding training regimen and strict diet. His career was not without injuries, but his dedication and hard work helped him achieve his goal of becoming one of the best bodybuilders in the world. He continues to inspire and influence many aspiring bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts.
