Christine Akamatsu has been teaching for two and a half years.  Chritine Akamatsu loves physical activity. She is currently a gym teacher as well as our own track and field and volleyball coach.  The Peninsula Volleyball team is currently in playoffs. Thanks Coach! She attended Washington State University, Pacific Lutheran University, and Grand Canyon University where she finished her degree.  She is currently a gym instructor outside of teaching, and she loves to travel and plans to go to Nepal soon. She also loves animals and salsa dancing.
